How can I pay?
For orders online we accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, a full payment is required before the delivery.
Can we pay by installments?
No a full payment is required at the time of payment.
What do I do if I don’t want to place my my order online?

How much is delivery charge?
SPS offerS free delivery on all packages within a 2 hour drive of DİDİM Turkey with orders over 2500 TL.
I’ve placed my order online, what happens next?
You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed successfully and a delivery date will be given to you.
Will all items be delivered together?
For most orders we will ensure that the full order is delivered all together on the same day.
Do I have to be there when Furniture Company delivers and installs the furniture package?
No if you are in England and would like your furniture installed before you arrive at you home in Altinkum/Didim, you must ensure that we can access the property without any difficulty. You must give us advance notice prior to you coming to Turkey so your property can be furnished before your arrival.

I live outside of Turkey how can I ensure that everything was delivered satisfactory?
We will take digital photographs and email them to you for verification. We will also forward the attachment of the actual itemized checklist of every item ordered and delivered. Should you dispute any item we would require an email confirmation within 7 days of delivery.
How soon before we receive the pictures of furnishing items after we place our order?
As per our Contract we deliver items within 28 days of placing the order or until key handover occurs. If you are planning to order special order merchandise, ordering 60 days in advance is suggested. If the furniture you order is in stock, it will be delivered within a week.
Why would I choose your packages if I could just go to all the local suppliers and buy directly?

What is a Complete keyready package?
We use the term keyready package to refer to our service of providing a complete home furnishings package complete with linens, kitchen appliances & accessories and professional installation. Everything is setup in your home and ready for occupancy including making the beds and hanging of the pictures.
What if my order contains damaged goods?
Minor damage sometimes can occur due to the bulkiness of furniture during delivery. Occasionally, there may be a manufacturing defect. We will arrange for the goods to be repaired in your home if possible, alternatively we will arrange to have the product replaced and/or returned to the supplier.
