Solution Cleaning is a professional cleaning company offering a wide range of services. We cover all areas of Didim with quality domestic cleaning and we pride ourselves in providing a high quality service to each individual client.

We do two types of cleaning:

1. General cleaning

a) Light cleaning, dusting and window cleaning
b) Full cleaning service involving cleaning all rooms and windows, washing dishes.

2. Builders cleaning

After you buy your home, can become a headache to clean the cement, lime, paint drops, etc. from the floors, walls and surrounds, so let this be a job for our professionals.

GENERAL CLEANING

a)  Light Cleaning
All equipment must be safe for use and in good working order. All estimates made on the day of the booking are for illustrative purposes only. They are based on estimates for similar-sized properties - the service and actual quote include labour only, unless agreed previously with Solution.

As a part of this type of cleaning we will:

• sweep and mop the floors of all rooms
• dust all surfaces
• clean the bathroom and toilet areas

b) Full Cleaning
All equipment must be safe for use and in good working order. All estimates made on the day of the booking are for illustrative purposes only. They are based on estimates for similar-sized properties - the service and actual quote include labour only, unless agreed previously with Solution.

As a part of this type of cleaning we will:

• sweep and mop the floors of all rooms
  
• clean all windows and window frames
  
• vacuum carpets
  
• wash any dirty dishes
  
• clean the bathroom and toilet areas
  
• clean all kitchen, bedroom, living room cupboards - inside and out
  
• remove rubbish
  
• making sure the house is dust free.

BUILDERS' CLEANING
Cleaning after conclusion of building works can often take twice the normal time. Any building work, or washing of walls, ceilings, balconies for example is a must - and our great team of cleaners, labourers, painters etc. can do this for you BUT your property must be free of all furniture/soft furnishings - and also builders and workmen must have vacated -otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused.

As part of this type of cleaning, we will:

• remove all labels from bathroom, windows, toilets and kitchen surfaces
  
• clean floors of any paint and plaster
  
• clean windows of any paint and plaster
  
• clean windows, window frames, and window sills from inside
  
• clean skirting boards and wash the doors
  
• wash sockets and switches
  
• spot-clean walls and ceilings
  
• clean kitchen, bedroom, living room, kitchen cupboards inside and out
  
• clean and polish the surfaces in all rooms
  
• clean toilet areas inside and out
  
• wash tiles and basins in all bathrooms
  
• sweep and mop all floor and stair areas
  
• ensure that the property is dust free

CANCELLATION

The Client may cancel/postpone a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise if not notified on time, Solution will charge the full amount for the cleaning visit and no refund can be claimed.

In the event of a complaint, Solution requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work.  No claims will be entertained after expiry of the above time limit.

If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge. If the client is still dissatisfied, Solution will replace the cleaner and the client will not be charged for the first visit of the new one.
